Intel Core i7 4790K 4080 MHz does not support the upcoming Windows 11

My Intel Core i7-4790K processor is not on the list of supported by the upcoming Windows 11 and the PC Health Check tool tells me that I cannot install it.

My Asus Z97-K motherboard, in its English manual, seems to say that although it does not have the TPM chip installed, which is one of the requirements for the update, it can be purchased, installed, and I suppose to activate later in the Bios and in Windows.

I don't know if I'm getting it right, but do you think Installing the chip will be enough?

I have no knowledge to understand why, being moderately powerful, some processors meet the requirements and others do not.
